Eligibility for Refund or Return

• A clear box-opening video is mandatory for any refund or return request.
• The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as delivered.
• Requests must be made within 3 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

• Products without a valid box-opening video.
• Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling after delivery.

Refund Process

• Once your return is approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
• COD refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit.
